Whats in the news this week??

Today our task was to read a kiwi kids news article.the article I have chosen was called:Diwali festival celebrated. 1 interesting fact I found was that it is one of Aucklands most biggest and colorful festivals.The news was pretty happy.It was also a bit interesting.One new word I found was occasion it means one particular time.
